View other profiles

This option only displays if you are a registered Site Administrator for your organisation and can be used to view the current profile setting for all registered users at your organisation.

Select a user name to view an individual's profile. Using this display you can:

  • Use the checkboxes at the bottom of the display to:
    • Enable their account to act as a Site Administrator by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
    • Require the user to reset their account password when they next log in. This is normally required when a new user profile has just been created.
    • Lock a user account.
  • Use the Product Permissions table at the bottom of the page to view/update existing Product Permissions or add new products as required.

Press the Save Changes button to retain any changes that have been made.
